Timeline

We recommend ordering your gown a minimum of 8-10 months before the event date to secure your spot for alterations with our team. For shorter lead times, we can put you on our wait list or provide a tailor recommendation at the time of purchase.

First Fitting

Brides’ will need to bring in their wedding shoes, and our staff will pin areas of the gown that needs to be tailored including the hem.

2nd fitting - A Dress Rehearsal of the ‘day of’

We recommend bringing your wedding shoes and a friend to this appointment. Jin will share some of her favorite tips for the ‘Day Of’, how to walk down the aisle, demonstrate your bustle to a friend, and make any adjustments to the gown (if any). After the fitting, our tailoring staff will complete the alterations, press and package all of your items for your pickup or ship out appointment. This fitting is typically done 3-4 weeks before the Wedding Date.
